Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue while watching some on-demand courses. After about 1 or 2 minutes, the video ends and redirects me to a page stating that the event has already ended. However, when I paste the link again, it continues from where the video stopped.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?

I am new to Comptia network but I am an authorized trainer for some renowned vender already & I have great experience in providing training since 2008 till now. I have recently completed virtual TTT series for the course of Pentest+ and I need association to teach somewhere as well to get some comptia related resources and benefits. I am open to train virtually for Cybersecurity, Network Security, Network & linux (specially CCNA, Cybersecurity Associate, CCNP) trainings if my previous experienced considered or at least would love to get certified in the same areas with comptia but to start I need firstly an acade,y for association. How can I get help or recommendations on that.

Has anyone experienced an issue with the Labs after completing them, where they can access them no more?
They are not yet expired but also not available on the portal

I need help in keeping my CompTIA certifications active. They have been active for a while now. I know I must renew them before three years to keep them valid.

I believe the only way to keep them active is to pass CySA+ or Pentest+, according to the CompTIA website. Is that correct, or is there another way to renew my certifications? I have been doing a lot of research lately on this but still not having satisfactory answers.

I need the right procedure to get this done.

I cannot find the Tech + TTT (or even the ITF TTT) on the CIN website anymore. I know it used to be there, I just can't find it.

Is there a master solution set for the Live Labs for the DataX class? For example, a ZIP file that contains working examples of all of the Jupyter Notebooks?

how to redeem Comptia online lab as a comptia instructor ?

Is anyone having issues with the labs in CertMaster Perform for the new Cloud+. I have several tickets open already. I'm sure the Test Out folks are rolling their eyes and saying "Oh no, not him again" . However, I have already got 2 tickets escalated to the development team. At least I was able to use this is a real-world example of escalation when I was teaching troubleshooting to my class. It also seems like the servers a awfully busy during the morning hours. I took 7 minutes to load a lab that I was trying to teach about this morning.

Does anyone have any questions, comments, or similar experiences? Please reply to this thread.

I'm a retired federal IT professional and a part-time High School Cybersecurity and Computer Science teacher. I served in government for 33 years, and this is my fourth year of teaching high school. I passed the Tech+ Exam yesterday, after spending last week studying the 727 page guide from Comptia. Now I'm tasked with trying to get some of my students to do the same. I teach at Woodlawn HS in Baton Rouge, LA. It is a Title 1, urban school that has at risk kids. I may also get involved with helping teachers who do not have a background in IT with passing the Tech+ exam. Next school year, LA is implementing a K-12 Computer Science curriculum. Tech+ is one of the three certifications that will be made available for high school students. The others are Python Programming and Web Development. Does Comptia have a program that can provide assistance to schools in underserved and underrepresented areas.

Got a question for the Windows 10 Elite!

When I power-up my computer, or wake it up from sleep mode, I will often times see
a couple (anywhere from 2 to 4) of Firefox processes running in Task Manager. Now,
the processes don't run indefinitely, and no actual browser is opened. However, just
the running of those Firefox processes consumes vital resources (CPU and Memory)
for the duration that they do run.

My question: Why do those Firefox processes launch automatically like that? If you do
know the why, are you able to guide me on how to prevent this from happening?

Remember, this is a question for the Windows 10 Elite, not the petite (i.e. neophytes or
casual users)!!!

I was looking for Spanish language A+ material for some of my ESL students & this popped up. There is no info in their About Us page, & their mission describes "...Indochina ICT's CertMaster programs..." . The web site certificate looks valid, but I'm used to using Certmaster products on a Comptia.org site. Don't know if this is a spin off from the buy out? If it's not legit can anyone point me to any Spanish, French, Arabic, Ukranian, Russian materials that I can use to supplement TestOut PC Pro for adult A+ ESL students?

You will automatically receive the rebranded SecurityX badge and can download a new certificate and transcript in CertMetrics. This update emphasizes the advanced (i.e. “Xpert”) level of the certification.

I'm at a loss here. A student had a Title IX situation late in the semester. I offered them an "incomplete" grade to give them more time to complete the materials for TestOut (TO) Network Pro and another TO title. Unfortunately, the student can't complete the materials before Network Pro retires on Dec. 20th. I believe in this student, and it took a bit to convince them to take the incomplete grade. Now, I feel like I've set them up for failure on the Network Pro. Any ideas?
