I hope CompTIA does a much better job with the next version than the current one. It could be a much better certification.I hope they will build and invest in Project+. It's a much needed cert and area of expertise.
Here you are: https://cin.comptia.org/resources/cysa-cs0-003-on-demand-ttt-series.183/Hello Guys, where can I find the link to the full TTT on-demand videos for CySA+?
Having both the Project+ and the CAPM, I'd say that the Project+ need some development before anyone would consider it on equal footing with the CAPM. The training content for Project+ is scattershot and flows poorly. The exam has much less rigor than that of the CAPM. I think it can be a much better certification if CompTIA is willing to commit to that goal.
Most of my exams were either vouchers or extreme discounts... as we are MCTs I think we pay 25% of the regular rate. All of my CompTIA exams and ISC2 exams were vouchers. I agree though... the CISSP (which I don't have yet, but I did pass the exam and am waiting for the Endorsement process) is worth every penny!Over the last 25 years, the overwhelming majority of the exams that I've taken were because I had free vouchers. I did pay for my CISSP and CISM, and they were worth every penny.
thank you for your quick response. There is no "Resources", here is the image.Good Morning Bien:
You should have gotten an instructor's access code. When you claim that in CertMaster Learn, on the left side, there is a link for "Resources" where the PowerPoints are located. There is other great information and resources in there too.
Server+ is very relevant to on premises technical team. In malaysia we still running this course actively. Alot of corporate companies sending their staff for training.Having both the Project+ and the CAPM, I'd say that the Project+ need some development before anyone would consider it on equal footing with the CAPM. I'm surprised Server+ lasted as long as it did. I thought it would be retired with Storage+.
Luis, please feel free to reach out to me and submit your name/hat in the ring for this. There is possible opportunity to do some things virtually. Thanks!I assume that being in Portugal means I can't provide training for these companies.
Besides being a CompTia, I'm also a MCT (Technical Engineer) with extensive professional experience and certifications, and I'm qualified to provide training in Azure, Linux, Azure networking, and security.
I can be an SME in these areas if CompTIA needs an SME for that region.
LOVE THIS, THANKS...Thanks alot for sharing
I often say, Reddit is like playing Doom on Nightmare mode, using only your fists.I know. There are far too many "get rich quick with little to no effort" types over there. Sometimes I feel like Don Quixote when I post on Reddit.
Hello @Sivanesan, interesting feedback! I will definitely talk with TTT series leaders about this.Future TTT courses should include a session on how to answer a mock simulation question in exam so we can train our students well or can tell what they will looking for in the simulation exam. Most of students get scared when they think the simulation will be like lab exercise.
In TTT we should be trained on our training a mock simulation exam, it will be very helpful to trainer when teaching the course.
I know. There are far too many "get rich quick with little to no effort" types over there. Sometimes I feel like Don Quixote when I post on Reddit.Because in the end, as we see time and time again, many candidates don't care about possessing the skill and experience to actually *do* a job, but rather, they just want a fast track to that phat paycheck that might come a smidge easier if they have a few dozen letters hanging off their business cards.
You really gotta get off that Reddit sub, bro.![]()
