First of all, the hope is 2021 will be better for all of us. Having spent the California imposed 180-day mandatory 180-day post-retirement sabbatical, I am returning to the classroom for the Spring semester, teaching a CySA+ class for one of our community colleges. The challenge for this course is it is being taught online, and content must be ADA compliant (that includes videos). To lessen the workload, I've championed an effort to attract faculty from other colleges to "share" the workload as it relates to content development. There are currently three of us working on this effort. We are all using the Chapple textbook. A key to this choice is our students have access to LinkedIn learning, allowing the use of author-created videos that are ADA compliant.

If any of you are teaching this course for the Spring semester and want to join us in this effort, let me know (email: [email protected]). Creatively my hope is we can spread the workload.

Hi there, we need an instructor to teach CompTIA A+ online, asynchronously using our Canvas LMS and Zoom. The class has 20 students and will begin on Jan. 30. The course must conclude by April. The students would receive the official textbook (Official CompTIA® A+® Core 1 and 2 Guides (Exams 220-1001 and 220-1002)) and vouchers for the two parts of the test. I need a stellar, experienced instructor who can source the content, populate it in the LMS and teach the class for us.
