I attended all the Cloud+ TTT sessions and downloaded my participation certificates, however, I have not received any voucher for the certification exam. This was my first TTT so I am not familiar with the process. Does it normally take this long or do I have to submit something else?

I don't know if others found this earlier but I recently came across the PortSwigger Web Academy. These are the folks that produce Burp Suite, a great tool for testing web application security. I asked one of my more advanced students to take a look at this over a weekend (they had completed all the assignments due through the end of the next week) and they came back and gave me a very good report on the exercises and labs. The cost? $99 USD (for the certification exam) but otherwise free. I believe that a student should be able to work through this materials in 4 to 6 weeks. Looking at the material myself I'm thinking I may suggest this to students between Security+; before CySA+ and CASP+ as it would provide a great foundation for understanding attack methods for folks who have not worked in an operational environment.

I'm wondering if there are publicly available statistics (or graphs) on CompTIA certifications taken, say in North America (or world wide) over the last few years. We are re-vamping our Technology program at our college and will be designing new courses that will align in parallel with CompTIA certifications. To further promote this program and get this through our education council, it would be nice to have some stats that show the popularity of certifications.
For example: Something like, in 2020 there were 10,000 A+ exams taken, 7000 Network+ exams taken in the United States.
Or perhaps there are stats that show something along the lines of... 85% of all IT employers favor a certification from CompTIA.
Is there any such info out there?
Basically, we are looking for any info that would help promote our program that is in alignment with CompTIA certifications.

Guys, I've share this attachment with Stephen and others at CompTIA, but I think it goes a long way at explaining the difference we can all make as CIN members. A while back there was a posting in the CIN Jobs section about mentoring for a non-profit. Since oftentimes I'm no longer gainfully employed (aka retired), I thought I might as well keep busy so I took on the role as a volunteer mentor. I'm interested in finding out if any of you have incorporated this free Metasploit Unleashed course as content in any of your classes. If so, which course level (e.g. Security+, Pentest+, etc.)?

I have just passed Security+ (601) for upgrading the version. That is the first time I have upgraded the CompTIA certificate.
I have passed Security+ 501 from 2019 and the certificate is still available to 2025. How shall the exam result be upgraded on Certmetrics?

CompTIA is working with Amazon on a workforce development training for employees. Amazon candidates have gone through A+ training and are preparing to sit for the exam. We would like to offer 90 minute review sessions during the month of September. Here are the details:
